All products are handcrafted by our team in Cancún, Mexico. We do our best to display product colors, details and descriptions as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice and to limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

4. MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

Many of our pieces are made to order — crafted specifically for you after purchase.

By purchasing a made to order item, you acknowledge that:

• Production timelines are 3-5 weeks before shipping
• Minor variations are part of the handmade process and add to the uniqueness of your piece
• Made to order items are eligible for free size exchanges — we cover all shipping costs

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carriers, high-volume seasons, or factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Our full Returns & Exchanges policy is available on our website and forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• Size exchanges are free — Fractal Witch covers all return and reshipping costs
• Other returns are eligible for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in original packaging
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit
• Made to order items are eligible for size exchange only

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including designs, images, graphics, logos, and text — is the property of Fractal Witch and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. USER CONTENT

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Fractal Witch permission to use them for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

By joining Fractal Creators, you grant Fractal Witch a perpetual, royalty-free license to use your submitted content across all marketing channels.
