Once your order ships you'll receive a DHL tracking link by email.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered production. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately after ordering at hello@fractalwitch.com and we'll do our best to help before production starts.
We offer free size exchanges and store credit returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Yes — size exchanges are completely free. We cover both the return shipping and the reshipping of your new size. If your size is not available, we'll issue store credit for the full value.

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at hello@fractalwitch.com with your order number. We'll open a claim with DHL on your behalf. We always recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package.
